Who Item Deadline How
Music Coordinators Populate the monthly music schedules in the Music Information spreadsheet.

A minimum of one week
(preferably two weeks or more)
ahead of the current date.

Best practice:  Enter data as far ahead as you have it available since you can always come back and edit.

Submit Praise Time, Opening, and Closing Songs

Weekly by Tuesday evening Website Praise Time Song Form
Special Music

Submit song title and any audio-visual needs (e.g. additional participants, microphones, soundtracks)

Announcements and Event Requests

Submit announcement requests.

Use this for requesting announcements and items that do not require coordination and volunteers.

Submit event requests.

Use this for requesting events that may require coordination and the support of others .

Speakers and Elders

Who Item Deadline How

Elders of the Month

  1. Submit platform information to the church office
  2. Inform the speaker for each week that it is their responsibility to choose a closing hymn
  3. Inform children’s story presenters to submit any pictures or other materials they might want for their story.
